workspace. In 2016 I expanded with a second office in Davenport, IA, and again in 2017 in
Camanche, IA, bringing RE/MAX to new areas.

As a Moline High School alum, I've earned designations in the Graduate REALTOR® Institute
(GRI) and Council of Residential Specialists (CRS). Customer service is my bread and butter,
and I've built lasting relationships with clients through a combination of integrity, communication,
and knowledge of the market. I'm all about accessibility, with several full-time assistants
ensuring my clients are always taken care of.

For many years, I've been the #1 volume-producing RE/MAX REALTOR® in the Quad Cities,
with well over 4000 closed transactions in my career. I'm also a longtime supporter of Children's
Miracle Network - donating a portion of every commission check to the cause. In 2013, I took a
meaningful 1300-mile, 6-day trip on my jet ski to raise over $15,000 for Children’s Miracle
Network.

When I'm not closing deals, I juggle multiple hats – running Bassford Construction LLC, owning
dreamy Airbnb homes in Florida, and enjoying family time with my wife Hillary, our four kids, and
our trusty dogs, Stella & Luna. There's jet skiing, fishing, traveling, and a bit of pool league action in the
mix too.
